Behind the Scenes

PK Fit Coach was founded in 2021 by a team of sports scientists, certified strength & conditioning specialists (CSCS), and nutritionists who recognized a need for professional, personalized fitness coaching in Pakistan. Gym overcrowding, cookie-cutter group classes, and unqualified instructors left many unable to reach their goals. We launched PK Fit Coach to bring science-backed training, flexible delivery, and continuous support to individuals at every fitness level.
Our network includes NASM-, ACE-, and CSCS-certified trainers, registered dietitians, physiotherapists, and wellness coaches. Each coach undergoes our rigorous “Coach Excellence” program—covering biomechanics, program design, injury prevention, motivational psychology, and remote-training technology—ensuring consistent, high-quality service.
PK Fit Coach operates on three pillars: Personalization, Accessibility, and Accountability. Personalization means every client receives a tailored plan based on initial assessments—body composition analysis, movement screening, and lifestyle evaluation—and periodic retesting to refine workouts. Accessibility offers in-person sessions at partner gyms, home visits, outdoor boot camps, and live/recorded online classes, all bookable through our mobile app. Accountability is maintained via daily check-ins, progress dashboards, and weekly coach-client video calls to troubleshoot challenges and celebrate milestones.
